Wandering where the WiFi is Weak
Being outdoors, taking in the scenic view of forests, mountains and sunsets is one of my favorite ways to relax, calm anxiety and reduce stress.
Hiking helps give me a little break from the feeling of always being ‘switched-on’ and it’s easier for my mind to be more free-flowing.
Since the start of the pandemic, its been an activity that I’ve incorporated regularly into my daily life and I can’t wait to see how beautiful the trees will be later in the Fall.
I’m making it my goal to do more of what makes me happy.
