Minimalism —>More peace of mind

🔺Have you ever noticed that the way you feel on the inside is oftentimes reflected by your space on the outside??
I know that when I’m stressed or feeling overwhelmed, my space starts to become more cluttery (not sure if that’s a word, but it works in the game, Scrabble😎).
Take a moment today and observe how you’re feeling and then see what physical and even non physical things that can be cut out of your life. If it causes you stress and you don’t need it, it might be time to recycle it
