📌How much do you value your mental health? And what is one thing that you could do to nurture it⁉️
🌞For me, going for runs is just as much a physical benefit for me, as it is mental. It stimulates serotonin, helps me clear my thoughts and I’d describe it as like my “moving meditation.”
🌞For others, maybe that’s going for a drive, boating, hiking, taking a bubble bath or talking with a friend. But let’s be real, we all need something that satisfies us because no one is immune to the “funks” of life.
💥Being empowered and staying positive isn’t easy. We’re only humans after all? But let’s try to do more of what sets our hearts on fire 😎
